Security Deposits

To help us protect our properties and ensure they are enjoyed responsibly, a refundable security deposit may be required for some bookings.

Where applicable, you will be notified after booking and provided with instructions to complete the security deposit securely prior to check-in.

The deposit is not an additional charge for your stay and will be released following check-out, provided the property is left in accordance with our house rules and no damage, excessive cleaning, missing items or other chargeable costs are identified.

Failure to complete a required security deposit may result in check-in details being withheld or the booking being unable to proceed.

What Happens After You Book?

Booking your stay with Staycations by Unique is simple.

1. Book Your Stay
Choose your property, select your dates and complete your booking.

2. Complete Your Check-In Form
Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive an email containing a link to your Check-In Form. Please complete this as soon as possible, as it helps us prepare for your stay and confirm the details of everyone visiting the property.

3. Security Deposit (if applicable)
Some bookings may require a refundable security deposit. If this applies to your stay, we’ll provide full instructions before check-in.

4. Receive Your Stay Details
Approximately 24 hours before check-in, once all required information has been completed, we’ll send everything you need for your arrival, including the property address, check-in and check-out times, access instructions, entry/key codes, house rules and other important stay information.

5. Enjoy Your Stay!
